Duncan MMA is the home of Kingsport Jiujitsu, Kingsport Karate & Kickboxing, Kingsport Boxing, and Kingsport Wrestling Club!
We are a veteran owned business, is the premier martial arts school for learning SGC Karate& Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling, boxing, and MMA in East Tennessee. We have classes for kids (ages 4-6 and 7-13.), adult classes. Whether you are a hobbyist, looking to get fit, or want to start a professional career, we have a program for you!
We are located in Kingsport, TN and service students in the surrounding tri-cities area and beyond. Martial Arts classes for Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol Tennessee.

Training Programs
Little Ninjas is for kids ages 4-6 years old and focuses on teaching them the fundamental concepts of both karate and BJJ. More than that, it helps them to develop their skills in listening, focus, coordination.
Home of Kingsport JiuJitsu, our Kids BJJ classes in Kingsport, TN are 1 hour long for children ages 7-13, and it focuses on teaching kids the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu all the way up to advanced techniques.
Home of Kingsport Karate, our Kids Karate Class in Kingsport, TN is one of the best ways to keep your kids active and help them learn self-discipline, all while having fun! Classes are 1 hour in length for kids ages 7-13 years old.
Home of Kingsport Karate, our Adult Karate Class in Kingsport, Tennessee is one of the best ways to get in shape and stay active, all while having fun! Classes are 1 hour in length for adults ages 14 or older.
Home of Kingsport JiuJitsu, our Adult BJJ classes in Kingsport, Tennessee are 1 hours long for adults ages 14 and older, and it focuses on teaching the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu all the way up to advanced techniques.
The Kingsport Wrestling Club is Welcome to the Kingsport Wrestling Club, where the pursuit of excellence meets the passion for wrestling. Our club stands as a haven for high school wrestlers seeking to elevate their skills to elite levels, both during and off the competitive season.

Our Instructors
Brian Duncan
Dr. Brian Duncan has been training in martial arts for 3 decades. He currently holds a 5th degree black belt in SGC Karate & Kickboxing and a purple belt in BJJ. Coach Brian also has a 2nd degree black belt in Koei-Kan Karate and a black belt in Wing Chun.
Tom Clerici
Tom Clerici is a BJJ black belt having trained under Professor Steven Bongiorno, Professor Jay Regalbuto, and Professor Chris Massie. He has prepared world-class competitors for ADCC World Championships and Trials, IBJJF World and Pan Championships, EBI Invitationals and many local and national tournaments.
Kayla Zickler
Kayla Zickler joins the Duncan MMA staff with over 6 years of coaching experience and over 20 years of wrestling experience. She is a 2012 Pan American Junior Championship in the women’s freestyle 51kg class.
Kailey Duncan
Kailey Duncan is a co-owner of Duncan MMA, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt, and the Head Women’s Jiu Jitsu Coach. She also serves as an assistant instructor in our Kids BJJ program, helping develop strong fundamentals, discipline, and confidence in young athletes.
Sophia Duncan
Sophia Duncan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt and holds a Purple Belt in SGC Karate & Kickboxing. At just 16 years old, she is already an active competitor and dedicated member of the Duncan MMA team.

Coach Michael Dominguez is a military veteran with over a decade of martial arts experience and a lifelong commitment to disciplined training. His background reflects both technical depth and real-world toughness, shaped by years of service and high-level competition. He brings structure, intensity, and accountability to every class he leads.
